Can you engineer a team in tune?
Powerful people make powerful leaders.
Your team needs a leader, not a screamer.
Bring your Senior Leadership Team together on a one-day workshop (10am-2pm)
Teaches you how to create the safe space where honest communication flows. And your team's real power grows.
The drowning lifeguard saves no one.
Your team may be silently drowning. And you can't hear them.
Most leaders don't realize their best people are in victim mode—staying silent, managing fear, leaking energy into problems they're too afraid to name.
When communication stays broken: -
- People don't speak up. Problems explode instead of getting solved.
- Leaders stay in the dark. They're trying to fix what they can't see.
- Teams stay small. They play it safe instead of stepping up powerfully.
- The best people leave. Because there's no safe space to be honest.
But here's what happens when a leader creates psychological safety:
- Teams stop drowning silently.
- People step up more powerfully.
- Honest feedback flows
Not just in your leadership team, but cascading down through every team you manage. Through clients. Through subcontractors. Fault Log thinking becomes how you all work together. Safe, honest, unstoppable. The question isn't whether your people can do better. It's whether you're willing to create the conditions for them to tell you the truth—and step into their real power.

The System That Keeps Your Team In Tune
Fault Log Thinking + Error Codes = Safe Communication That Lasts
After the workshop, teams don't just "feel better." They have a system.
The Fault Log is engineering-precision feedback. Instead of vague complaints ("I'm struggling"), teams use error codes to name exactly what's happening. Code 006 (Self-Worth). Code 002 (Conflict). Code 004 (Overwhelm). Code 019 (Poor Communication).

Why this matters: When communication has a technical language, it's no longer personal. It's diagnostic.
Safe. Actionable. A leader hears "Code 006 showing up" and understands: This person needs support on self-worth, not management. A team member can name a problem without fear of judgment. The root cause gets fixed instead of the symptom. This is calibration.
This is how you keep the safe space open. The workshop plants the seed. But mastery happens through practice. Weekly check-ins using Fault Log thinking. Monthly calibration conversations. Catching issues before they explode. Getting faster at recovery. Six months in, Fault Log thinking isn't a tool you learned. It's how your team works. That's when you're truly in tune.
What You Learn in the Workshop
The Workshop Plants the Seed. Mastery Grows It Through Practice.
Over one day, you and your senior leadership team master five core components:
- Stance — Your Optimum State of Mind - Like a boxer, stance is the foundation. We teach you to recognize and return to your optimum state: calm, focused, powerful. You'll learn what pulls you out of it and how to GET BACK quickly.
- Master the Villains of Mind - Fear. Conflict. Self-Worth. Overwhelm. Limiting Beliefs. Narrative. These are the patterns that silence teams. We show you how to name them, catch them, and move through them.
- Error Codes & Fault Log Thinking - The system that makes communication safe. Instead of vague complaints, your team learns to use error codes (Code 006, Code 002, Code 019) to diagnose exactly what's happening. Technical. Honest. Actionable.
- Calibration Dashboard - A practical tool to measure your recovery rate: How fast do you GET BACK after pressure? You'll use this weekly to keep your team in tune.
- Psychological Safety - How to create the conditions where people actually speak the truth. This is the container that holds everything else.
What You Take Away
A complete Fault Log system with error codes. A Calibration Dashboard to track your team's recovery rate. A shared language for safe, honest feedback. And most importantly: a repeatable system you'll use for months and years to come.

"He helped me to clarify my dreams and passions. Encouraging me to dream big but see that every dream was actually achievable."
My first coaching session with Mat made me think about my issues from a practical and manageable perspective. Helping me to outline key steps that I could follow to improve things including my relationship with my partner. Drawing on analogies from his past career in mechanical engineering is a unique approach, but one that even in one session really worked for me. He also helped me to clarify my dreams and passions. Encouraging me to dream big but see that every dream was actually achievable. I highly recommend Mat to anyone seeking to destroy limiting beliefs and to kickstart taking action.

"He took time to understand me, what I am looking for, what I believe my strengths are and what I don't want"
I really appreciate the time Mat gave to me, to help me explore and identify where my mindset was holding me back from realizing my potential. One of the most important components of our time together was the concept of centering. Like a plum line, we all need to centre ourselves. Having Mat give me ideas about how to get back to centre has been a really valuable part of our time.
He also took time to understand me, what I am looking for, what I believe my strengths are and what I don't want. His questions made me think, reflect and consider my answers. I wasn't able to answer anything right away as his style made me pause.
I would definitely approach Mat again as the need for coaching support comes up in the future.
